Implementation & Scale-Up
Supporting Deployment at Scale
Conducting research and demonstrating efficacy in a controlled study-environment is only the beginning. Large-scale impact depends on successful implementation within existing health systems and communities. Our focus is not only on proving what works, but deploying these interventions effectively at scale.
Lesu works with governments and partners to integrate insecticide-treated fabrics into existing maternal and child health services. We design, evaluate, and support scalable implementation strategies, including deployment through:
- Community health workers
- Immunization clinics
- Seasonal malaria chemoprophylaxis campaigns
- Antenatal / perinatal clinics
- Private-sector distribution channels
Through an iterative MERL (monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning) framework, we integrate data-driven feedback loops to continuously improve implementation programs.
